Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct through research for Affiliator and KOL to identify and engage with key influencers in the Home Living sector. 2. Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with KOLs and Affiliators. 3. Lead negotiations to secure beneficial agreements and collaborations. 4. Develop and execute strategic campaigns to enhance brand presence and sales. 5. Monitor and analyze KOL & Affiliate performance, providing insights and reports on campaign results. 1. A bachelor's degree or above from any majors; passionate about e-commerce or digital marketing. 2. Willing to be placed in Daan Mogot, WFO 100%, and can join ASAP. 3. 2+ year of experience in a related field. 4. Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well. 5. Able to operate basic Excel operations skills. 6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 7. Strong analytical and research capabilities. 8. Deep understanding of social media and media landscapes. 9. Proven track record in creative and innovative campaign management.
