  • You’ll have experience in building great stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners, keeping communication clear and collaboration seamless.
  • Passionate about mentoring and creating a high-performance culture, with experience supporting and developing team members.
  • You’re confident working with budgets, analysing data, and making decisions that drive ROI and support wider business goals.
  • Experience using affiliate platforms, analytics tools, and Excel/Google Sheets to track performance and spot opportunities.
  • You’re always looking for ways to improve, test new ideas, and stay ahead of market trends.

We’re on the hunt for an Affiliate Manager who’s ready to take the reins. You’ll be the go-to person for key partners like VCUK, Top Cashback, and Atolls, making sure every campaign lands with impact and delivers results. You’ll be leading the day-to-day, spotting opportunities, and working closely with teams across AO to make sure our affiliate strategy is fast, focused and full of impact, playing a key role in shaping the future of our affiliate team.

HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING

  • Owning the day-to-day relationships with our affiliate partners (think cashback, voucher, and content platforms like VCUK, Top Cashback, and Atolls).
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI
  • Lead campaign planning and execution, including seasonal promotions, exclusive offers, and partner-specific activations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, brand, and digital teams to align affiliate activity with wider marketing and trading calendars
  • Negotiating commission structures and commercial terms that deliver real value.
  • Coaching and supporting a junior team member to help them grow and smash their goals.
  • Spotting new opportunities, testing fresh ideas, and staying ahead of the curve.
