About the Role BetWinner is looking for an Affiliate Manager to grow and manage affiliate partnerships across either the Indian or Turkish market. We are seeking candidates with 1–2 years of experience in affiliate/account management within the iGaming industry, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term partner relationships in competitive GEOs. Responsibilities Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, ensuring KPIs align with company forecasts and budgets; Build and manage affiliate partnerships in either the India or Turkey market; Identify, onboard, and develop high-performing affiliate partners; Create incentive programs and retention strategies for key affiliates; Track and prepare analytical reports on Sportsbook product performance; Launch monthly campaigns, promotions, and communications for affiliate partners; Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and design teams to improve conversion and campaign performance; Develop strategies to increase traffic quality and affiliate yield; Represent the company at industry events and conferences; Continuously identify new growth opportunities and market trends. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in affiliate or account management within the iGaming industry; Fluent English is mandatory; Turkish or Hindi/another Indian language is considered a strong advantage; Understanding of either the Turkish or Indian iGaming and affiliate landscape; Knowledge of Sportsbook and betting products is considered a plus; Existing affiliate portfolio/network within iGaming is an advantage; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Proactive, analytical, and result-oriented mindset; Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness; Interest in sports and sports betting industry trends; Team-player attitude and willingness to work from the Malta office full-time.
