Location: Remote (Global) Employment Type: Full-time Industry: iGaming / Online Betting / Affiliate Marketing Region Focus: LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina) ABOUT THE ROLE We are supporting a fast-growing international iGaming operator seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager – LATAM to drive affiliate acquisition, performance optimisation, and long-term revenue growth across key Latin American markets. This role is focused on building and scaling high-performing affiliate partnerships across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina. The successful candidate will bring an established affiliate network, deep market understanding, and a proven ability to generate quality traffic and sustainable revenue. This is a commercially driven position suited to someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and understands the mechanics of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid deals, FTDs, and NGR optimisation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across major LATAM markets * Leverage existing affiliate relationships to accelerate growth * Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals aligned with business objectives * Monitor and optimise affiliate performance metrics including FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality * Analyse campaign data to maximise ROI and long-term value * Collaborate with internal Marketing, Analytics, CRM, Payments, Risk, and Compliance teams * Ensure affiliates adhere to brand and regulatory guidelines * Prepare detailed performance reports, forecasts, and strategic insights for management REQUIRED PROFILE * Proven hands-on experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming / online betting industry * Demonstrated track record managing affiliates across LATAM markets * Existing portfolio of active affiliates and established industry relationships * Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, FTDs, and NGR * Experience using affiliate tracking platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar * Fluent English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly preferred * Self-motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment WHAT’S ON OFFER * High-impact role within a performance-driven iGaming business * Opportunity to scale LATAM affiliate operations strategically * Dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where results are recognised * Access to industry events and conferences * Supportive, international team culture * Employee wellbeing initiatives and benefits
