Description
Guardio is on a mission to redefine consumer cybersecurity for the modern internet. We operate at consumer scale, protecting millions of people every day across devices, accounts, and digital touchpoints. In a world where phishing, fraud, and AI-powered scams evolve overnight, Guardio stays ahead of the curve. We move fast, think deeply, and build with purpose. Our culture is rooted in transparency, feedback, and collaboration along with shared wins, team dinners, company trips, and good times. We’re a team of 100+ makers, doers, and boundary-breakers. If you’re ready to tackle meaningful challenges, grow at lightning speed, and help shape the next frontier of online safety, you belong here. So, what's the job? We are looking for an Affiliate Manager Lead to join Guardio's Marketing Team and report directly to our VP Growth. As the Affiliate Manager Lead, you will play a crucial role in building, growing, and optimizing our partner marketing program. This is a hands-on role with the potential to evolve into managing a team as the function scales. We are looking for someone with a strong background in B2C marketing, technical knowledge, and an analytical approach. You will: Identify and recruit relevant partners, negotiate deals, and onboard them into our program. Search for opportunities that will contribute to Guardio’s brand reputation and revenues, such as product reviews on trusted sites. You will build assets by your self and provide ongoing resources to partners to help them scale. Monitor and analyze performance, track key metrics, and optimize activity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with overall marketing objectives. Stay on top of competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? Well, you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible: Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partner management, on the client side, affiliate side, or ideally both. Proven track record in scaling and managing successful affiliate/partner programs. You’ve built landing pages yourself. Familiarity with affiliate/partner platforms and tools. Experience in defining KPIs and making data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. A self-starter who is highly motivated and results-driven. Strong organizational and project management skills. Requirements null
