This is a 360-degree role requiring a blend of business development and technical campaign management. Requirements ✅ What We’re Looking For AdTech Background: At least 2+ years of experience in the AdTech industry. Diverse Experience: Proven track record working in at least 2 different AdTech companies/networks – we value the broad perspective gained from different systems. Performance DNA: Deep understanding of the CPA model, specifically focused on Brand Promotion (not just re-brokering). Tracking Mastery: * Hands-on experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch). Solid understanding of Web tracking (Cookies, Pixels, S2S) and how to troubleshoot them. Platform Proficiency: Experience with tracking platforms like Everflow, Affise, or Tune. Data Mastery: Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs). Language Skills: Exceptional English (written and verbal). Preferred Qualifications Existing network of mobile and web publishers. Experience in Gaming, Fintech, or E-commerce. Familiarity with fraud prevention tools (e.g., mFilterIt, FraudScore, Anura). 👥 Who You Are The role requires strong relationship-building and commercial skills, a solid technical understanding of tracking, and the ability to drive measurable performance outcomes in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Cross-Platform Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates for both Mobile App and Web/Desktop campaigns. Technical "Plumbing" (MMP & Web): * Mobile: Build and manage tracking links, configure Postbacks, and ensure flawless integration with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.). Web/Desktop: Set up and troubleshoot Pixels, JS Tags, and S2S tracking to ensure accurate conversion reporting on Desktop/Web offers. Campaign Optimization: Proactively manage a portfolio of affiliates, optimizing their performance to hit aggressive CPA targets for our brands across all platforms. Data Forensics & Fraud Detection: Monitor real-time data to identify trends and mitigate fraud (CTIT, Click Injection for Mobile; Bot traffic and Cookie Stuffing for Web). Communication: Maintain professional, high-level communication with global partners, resolve technical issues, and negotiate terms for long-term growth.
