We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Affiliate Manager. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate program and maximize revenue. Manage relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed. Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance, ensuring positive ROI and achieving KPIs. Oversee and manage CPA and RS (Revenue Share) affiliate models, adjusting commission structures as needed. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics) to align affiliate campaigns with overall business objectives. Negotiate and structure competitive deals to incentivize affiliate growth and performance. Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in affiliate marketing. Attend industry events and conferences to establish new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming guidelines 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or related performance-based roles. Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken). Experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA, BI dashboards). Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with experience working with performance metrics and reporting tools.
