With thousands of registered affiliates worldwide, we continuously expand our footprint, strengthen strategic partnerships, and penetrate new regulated markets. We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with a strong background in performance marketing, affiliate partnerships, and influencer-driven acquisition, who is ready to take ownership, drive growth, and build scalable long-term relationships with leading publishers and content creators. This role is ideal for someone who understands both classic affiliate models and influencer marketing dynamics, thrives in a data-driven environment, and is eager to make a real business impact. What you will do? Expand our affiliation program by recruiting high-quality partners, publishers, and influencers, identifying scalable opportunities across global markets. Lead and upscale existing affiliate and influencer activity by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Finance teams to achieve growth and profitability targets. Represent the 500Affiliates program in international conferences and in-person meetings with key partners, publishers, and influencers. Design, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns, commercial models, and influencer collaborations, including hybrid affiliate-influencer setups. Proactively track, analyze, and optimize partner performance using KPIs, identifying gaps, risks, and growth opportunities, and executing improvement plans. Manage financial operations including monthly payments, influencer compensation models, fraud monitoring, incentive structures, and special commercial deals. Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all affiliate and influencer activities align with regulatory and internal guidelines. Requirements B.A / B.Sc degree. 2+ years of proven experience managing affiliate programs, performance partnerships, and/or influencer marketing channels. Hands-on experience working with influencers, creators, or content-driven acquisition models, preferably in regulated, and performance-based environments. Strong understanding of affiliate and influencer business models, monetization strategies, attribution, and traffic quality. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Fluent, business-level English with the ability to present, persuade, and sell effectively in meetings, calls, and written communication with partners (additional languages are a strong advantage) Ability to work independently, own projects end-to-end, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment A proactive, business-oriented team player with a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities
