Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning and Execution: Design, launch, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Focus on achieving strong performance metrics and high ROI.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners. Ensure alignment with company objectives for mutual success.
• Strategy Testing and Optimization: Experiment with innovative strategies, learn from outcomes, and refine campaigns for continuous improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product & analytics) to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals.

Required Skills

• Affiliate Marketing Knowledge: A solid understanding of affiliate marketing principles is essential. Prior experience is advantageous but not necessary if you bring enthusiasm along with a willingness to learn.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data effectively, draw insights from it, and make informed decisions that enhance campaign success.
