ITCAN Digital Marketing & Technology, a leader in the MENA region’s digital performance landscape, is searching for an Affiliate Marketing Lead ready to champion ambitious affiliate strategies and build impactful collaborations.

KEY AFFILIATE MARKETING REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience managing affiliate or partnership programmes within a digital marketing environment.
  • Track record of building and scaling affiliate networks in eCommerce, lead generation, or related sectors.
  • Fluency with affiliate platforms (such as HasOffers, Impact, Rakuten or similar).
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • A results-oriented approach, capable of working independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Up to date with the latest developments in affiliate marketing and digital advertising trends.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to maximise online growth and ROI across digital channels.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage a network of high-performing affiliates and strategic partners.
  • Set partnership KPIs, monitor affiliate performance, and optimise ongoing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Negotiate and implement affiliate agreements, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Paid Media, SEO, Creative, Analytics) to deliver cohesive digital marketing campaigns.
  • Utilise affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools to analyse traffic, conversion data, and revenue metrics.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in affiliate and performance marketing.
  • Provide transparent reporting and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
