Purpose of Position CASETiFY is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. As the ideal candidate, you will be able to develop, execute, and scale the affiliate program to drive revenue and acquisition. You have proven track records in rigorously optimizing performance, conducting analysis, ensuring brand compliance, and collaborating closely with the cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for the daily operations, budgeting, performance tracking across networks, and actively recruiting/onboarding high-quality affiliates and content creators. Job Description Strategy & Program Management: Develop, execute, and scale the global affiliate marketing program to drive customer acquisition and revenue for CASETiFY. Manage daily operations across affiliate networks, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking. Recruitment & Onboarding: Actively prospect and recruit high-quality affiliates, publishers, and content creators relevant to lifestyle and tech accessories. Negotiate commission structures and develop incentive programs to maximize profitability. Performance Optimization & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance (KPIs, ROI). Conduct audits for brand compliance and collaborate with the Data team for accurate attribution and incrementality analysis. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates. Serve as the primary contact, providing engaging newsletters, assets, and exclusive offers. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, E-commerce, Product, Influencer, and PR teams to align promotions with product launches and scale cross-channel efforts, ensuring a consistent supply of creative assets. Key Performance Metrics: Efficiency Metrics: Year-over-Year Affiliate Revenue Growth that meets the CAC target. Growth & Recruitment Metrics: To recruit high-quality partners and generate incremental sales each month. Quality & Engagement Metrics: To improve conversion rate across the affiliate network and drive new customer acquisition of affiliate-driven orders. Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 7+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within a global e-commerce, lifestyle, or tech brand. Proven track record of successfully growing and managing high-volume, global affiliate programs across major networks. Proficiency in leveraging affiliate network platforms for reporting, recruitment, and optimization. Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to interpret performance metrics (KPIs, ROI), conduct in-depth analysis, and translate data into actionable strategies. Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools. Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills on both technical and non-technical matters. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-national environment. Passionate about technology, fashion, and lifestyle brands, and eager to be part of a growing start-up team. Candidates with less experience could be considered for the Assistant Manager role.
