ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Identify and recruit high-quality affiliate partners that align with our target audience and brand values.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate partnerships, including commission structures, terms, and incentives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and optimise affiliate campaigns to maximise performance, ROI, and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on program performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners through outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Negotiate and finalise affiliate agreements with clear terms and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, offering support, training, and resources as needed.
  • Monitor affiliate activity and ensure compliance with program guidelines.
  • Analyse affiliate performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Optimise campaigns through A/B testing, creative improvements, and targeting strategies.
  • Share updates and reports with stakeholders on program performance and key metrics.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
