University degree or equivalent. Proven Expertise, qualified by experience with demonstrable results. Business language is English (written & verbal).

  • Multitasking Mastery: Ability to juggle multiple markets, performance pressures, and deliver results with a passionate, can-do attitude.
  • Analytical Prowess: Organized and able to clearly communicate ideas, strategies, and results to internal teams and the wider business group.
  • Affiliate Industry Savvy: Highly proficient in all elements of the Affiliate industry:
  • Publisher recruitment & management.
  • De-duping best practices & approvals.
  • Linking methods & tracking.
  • Commission & tenancy modeling.
  • Product feeds & technical work.
  • Optimization of activity factoring in paid and organic channels.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Awin Wiki.
  • Audit & Improvement: Capable of setting up and managing a global Affiliate audit, driving results and recommendations for improvement.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Industry Experience: 5+ years’ experience at a network or Tier 1 Retail brand.
  • High-Performance Track Record: Proven success in high-performance environments.
  • Budget Management: Experience in owning budgets and building programs across multiple markets.
  • Strategic Roadmaps: Skilled in building roadmaps and network maturity projects.
  • Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating program terms and commercial agreements with partners.
  • Relationship Building: Adept at building and managing Publisher/Partner relationships.
  • Reporting & Processes: Proficient in managing reporting and QBR processes.
  • Hands-On Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with multiple network accounts.
  • Mobile App Experience: Mobile app experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Strategize & Execute: Define and deliver cutting-edge Affiliate strategies in collaboration with HQ and local markets.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with the Growth Acquisition and Retention Manager to prioritize and propel new and existing projects.
  • Optimize & Excel: Work alongside paid media teams to ensure all Affiliate campaigns are optimized, efficient, and delivering stellar results.
  • Audit & Benchmark: Conduct thorough audits and benchmarks of affiliate activities across diverse geographies and categories (Men, Women, Outdoor, Kids, Golf, Leather & B2B).
  • Daily Management: Oversee Ecco’s Affiliate accounts with precision and dedication.
  • Content Creation: Support the creation of compelling content to enhance affiliate campaigns.
  • Analyze & Report: Track, report, and analyze website analytics, new initiatives, and campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
  • Integration: Ensure affiliate activities seamlessly support all paid media and acquisition channels.
  • Recommend & Improve: Suggest changes to website architecture, content, and other acquisition channels to boost affiliate sales and performance.
