Synder is seeking a self-motivated Affiliate & Referral Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team full-time. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing affiliate & referral marketing strategies that support and enhance marketing partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize the affiliate marketing strategy to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness;
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners who align with the company’s goals;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring regular communication and support;
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI;
  • Negotiate affiliate agreements, including commission structures and terms, to maximize partner contributions;
  • Develop and manage the referral marketing strategy to encourage existing customers to recommend the product.
  • Analyze referral program performance, adjusting strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention rates.
  • Stay on top of answering affiliate and referral partner queries, and creating branded materials.
  • Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
