Synder is seeking a self-motivated Affiliate & Referral Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team full-time. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing affiliate & referral marketing strategies that support and enhance marketing partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize the affiliate marketing strategy to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness;
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners who align with the company’s goals;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring regular communication and support;
- Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI;
- Negotiate affiliate agreements, including commission structures and terms, to maximize partner contributions;
- Develop and manage the referral marketing strategy to encourage existing customers to recommend the product.
- Analyze referral program performance, adjusting strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention rates.
- Stay on top of answering affiliate and referral partner queries, and creating branded materials.
- Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
