We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who understands both search strategy and storytelling, someone who can scale our reach, grow organic visibility, and turn high-intent traffic into engaged users. Tasks Own full-funnel acquisition strategy across affiliate, influencer, PPC, and performance media channels to drive large-scale user growth. Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing user acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, CAC reduction, and LTV growth. Test, analyze, and iterate continuously, building structured A/B experiments across creative, landing pages, audiences, and acquisition flows. Collaborate with product teams to improve activation, retention, and monetization funnels, ensuring acquisition efficiency compounds over time. Develop high-impact partnerships with ad networks, media partners, and influencers to expand Klink’s global reach. Work cross-functionally with BI and data teams to translate insights into actionable strategies and forecast growth performance. Report, monitor, and communicate core metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention) to guide budget allocation and decision-making. Explore new growth opportunities across emerging channels (Telegram, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, etc.) and creative performance frameworks. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming, or Web3. Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, DSPs, PPC, and influencer-driven user acquisition. Proven success driving measurable results on CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics. Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, MMPs (e.g., Koachava, AppsFlyer), and BI dashboards (Looker, Mixpanel, PostHog Strong grasp of funnel dynamics, conversion optimization, and creative performance testing. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Growth mindset with a bias for action, self-motivated, iterative, and impact-driven.
