WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in growth marketing, marketing strategy, affiliate and/or ambassador marketing.
  • Outstanding ability to think critically and creatively problem solve.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that have driven measurable business results.
  • Solid understanding of growth marketing and funnel optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, always seeking innovative ways to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As the Affiliates Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering our affiliate marketing channel towards sustained growth and success. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the affiliate program, this role involves strategic management, performance analysis, budgeting, and fostering relationships with affiliates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic analysis, excellent problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Owns our affiliate marketing channel, responsible for managing all affiliates, commissions and revenues.
  • Reports on affiliate performance and actively works to grow the success and efficiency of the channel.
  • Ensures the company is staying up to date with affiliate best practices.
  • Aligns affiliate efforts with our existing marketing plan, supporting brand and product goals.
  • Manages and scales affiliate marketing budgets.
  • Provides feedback to the company on how to best service affiliate needs.
  • Communicate with affiliates daily, pushing campaigns, gathering feedback, requesting content, tracking compliance.
  • Works closely with the social media and marketing team, to ensure affiliate efforts support the brand’s marketing goals.
  • Research the affiliate industry, actively researching to find new affiliates for the brand.
  • Maintain strong positive relationships with all affiliates.
