Responsibilities
  • Management of Affiliates & Partnership program to drive traffic and sales for the global business (UK, US, EU, Middle East)
  • Driving incremental growth through partnership outreach and seeking out new opportunities
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners via our Affiliates agency
  • Monitor affiliate performance, analyse data, and optimise campaigns and share key updates and recommendations with associated forecast revenue
  • Negotiate and manage commission structures managing to strict ROI goals
  • Collaborate with the Brand, E-Commerce and Marketing teams to ensure relevant partnerships with full measurement of success
  • Understanding potential opportunities for fragrance brands and taking into consideration each brand’s audience and consumer needs to tailor accordingly
  • Ensuring partners are on brand and appropriate for luxury audiences
  • Report back on competitor and wider industry activity
  • Manage a test and learn roadmap to innovate in this area
