Join Our Team Today--We Are Growing! Position Overview: We have a Leasing Agent position available for Essex Apartments in Lancaster, CA which consist of 150 Units. Duties range from coordinating leasing activities such as social functions, radio advertising, television advertising, to working with prospective residents to complete the appropriate documentation/applications. This position also provides general support to the Community Manager. Who We Are: Solari Enterprises, Inc. is a full-service property management company that specializes in multifamily affordable housing. Duties and Responsibilities: General office duties Show units to prospective residents Distribute brochures and information about the community Assist with advertising vacant units Coordinate leasing activities such as social functions, and advertising Assist Property Manager with maintenance requests Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience Knowledge of property management Possession of a valid California driver's license Proof of auto insurance Reliable transportation Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors Computer skills and experience of Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent General knowledge of Fair Housing, 504 ADA, HUD and Section 42 regulations Experience with Yardi Systems Compensation: $21 per hour PTO (Holidays, Vacation and Sick) Medical, Dental, Vision, and life Matching 401k EOE
Responsibilities
The Leasing Agent will coordinate leasing activities, show units to prospective residents, and assist with advertising vacant units. Additionally, they will provide general support to the Community Manager.
