Overview • Lead and create new products or customized packs for AFH channel • Develop AFH channel specialized pack for existing flavor, with clear pack price architecture and understand the needs of each unique customers • Create new products for culinary solution, to sell in eatery, theme park, and cinema customers • Lead mid-size KA sell-in workshop and support global/national top customers sell-in workshop • Design gift packs for workplace customers for employee benefits • Coordinate campaign calendar, execute, and monitor progress for national and regional key accounts • Collaborate with global team for forward looking culinary solution • Coordinate monthly and quarterly volume forecast and track achievement rate • Cooperate with supply chain team to make sure high order fulfillment rate • Coordinate customer marketing budgets • Own A&M contract process Responsibilities • Key contributor to support playbook development and run playbook deployment workshops • Track playbook execution and make sure KPIs are followed by MUs and GTM team. Tracking include who to play (customers priority), how to win (GTM model, perfect store, investment model, campaign support), and what to play (optimal portfolio solution, perfect store), etc. • Support Customer Marketing Manager Design product portfolios, pricing strategy, marketing tools, channel/customer campaigns for all 15 sub-channels • Collect needs from NKA managers and regional sales and streamline into synergized campaign calendar • Lead third party agency to execute campaigns across regions/customers • Lead and optimize IPAR procress to accelerate new SKU launch schedule • Act as central leader of product solution for regional bidding, to create specialized pack size or bundle pack. The work includes pack design, pricing, value chain, supply chain coordination, etc. • Support and execute global/national big customer sell-in or innovation workshop • Support KAM to achieve high order fulfillmet rate by deep engagement with supply chain • Coordinate customer marketing budgets • Take charge of A&M contract process Qualifications • 4+ years in Food and Beverage industry • 2+ years strong sales or trade marketing background • Strong background in innovation, trade marketing, commercialization, or marketing experience • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills • High degree of Planning and Execution Skills with detail oriented mindset • The ability to build up new business and ways of working from scratch. Self-starter, self-motivating • Good verbal and presentation skills and communication skill to deal with different types of customers, functions, and MUs
