For our branch in Pozzuolo Martesana, we are currently looking for a AFR Export Gateway Operations Specialist. Location: Head Office Pozzuolo Martesana (MI) Reports to: Export Gateway Manager Key tasks: Support administration of Export Gateway Operations activities at the Gateway location to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery handling of customer materials and shipments, in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies; Support team members to execute effective Export Gateway operations plans regarding pick-up and delivery personnel and services; Management of weekly booked spaces and continuous contact & interaction with airline carriers; Perform broad range of tasks and activities to ensure all material is picked up and delivered to/from all area accounts in accordance with corporate guidelines, customer expectations and government regulations; Administer efficient and safe handling and transportation of all customer materials; Comply with established procedures for import/export regulations, duties, and tariffs; Support general admin tasks for on-time gathering and delivering of goods from warehouses or small sized ports to larger ports. Requirements: Previous experience in AFR/OFR Operations Knowledge of AFR/OFR forwarding business Strong analytical skills and good communication skills Results-driven and attention to details Problem-solving mentality Good knowledge of English
