MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma or High school or GED
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience as store, inventory clerk, supplies or similar role related to Hospitality and / or Sports Facilities Environment / or Experience in an integrated Private or Semi-Private Resort and Country Club or Sports Club in UAE
  • Word processing, database and spreadsheet knowledge
  • Excellent Math, analytical and calculation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work extended hours
  • Forklift experience is an advantage
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
    Salary (Max): 2,800 AED + 250 AED additional allowance upon completion of 6 mos. + sharing accommodation + 3 x Meals/day + free uniform + free transportation inside the company + Every 2 years ticket cash (roundtrip to home country) + visa & medical insurance will be provided

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Store Coordinator will be responsible for to manage stock by keeping a record of all supplies, inventory and ordering the required replacement of items and coordinating for new product purchases.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for keeping track of and managing orders in stores, warehouses and other facilities, sign off on shipments while counting current product inventory
  • Meeting supply chain objectives
  • Responsible for the inventory of all supplies and products that come in or leave the facility
  • Managing inventory and filing systems, maintaining and updating records
  • Counting materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock
  • Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
  • Distributing or stocking merchandise
  • Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies
  • Overseeing teams of inventory workers
  • Assessing and improving flows of supplies through all department
  • Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly
  • Identifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in inventory processes
  • Prepares weekly and monthly report
  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
  • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
  • Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
  • To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require
