Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Africa Head to lead our operations across the African continent. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's vision, strategies, and operational plans tailored specifically for the African markets. You will leverage your extensive experience to build strong relationships with stakeholders, enhance market share, and ensure that EVA Pharma's offerings meet the diverse healthcare needs of African populations. Key Responsibilities: Retain a real business relation with main customers & consumer partner Build a network with potential clients to introduce services & products & sign new agreements opportunities to expand the client base Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to maintain momentum in revenue growth and market share captivation. Proposing an overall budget plan and forecast updates to ensure business success through the delivery of volumes, revenue, margin and profit contribution targets Stock monitoring in market and to market sales for all Africa regions. · Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Science · Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent is a must, having the master from a world ranking school is a big plus. · 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with commercial background, should have at least 10 years a strong exposure in business development and leadership in diverse African countries · An excellent background of the regulatory and legal context within which businesses operate
