What you would do: Provide high-level virtual support to senior stakeholders based in the Netherlands. Initiating and managing client acceptance procedures (KYC) for client-related projects. Monitoring work in progress and ensuring timely invoicing. Maintaining contacts with internal and external stakeholders. Organizing internal and external events. Booking travel arrangements. Reviewing documents for importance, priority, and required follow-up. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (virtual experience a plus) A genuine understanding of stakeholder engagement and how to add value.
