Skilled in supporting the implementation of Tactical Planning Roadmaps for Innovative Medicine (IM) planning products, including platforms and applications such as OMP (SOP, MEIO, OPR, Data Manager), SAP-APO, and SAP-IBP. Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Technical Product Owners and Global Process Managers, to manage intake, prioritisation, capacity, and release planning aligned with strategic business goals and high-performance team timelines. Adept at eliciting and documenting detailed user requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that directly address business needs and problem statements. Demonstrated ability to oversee product development initiatives, conduct impact assessments, and ensure high-quality delivery through rigorous testing phases including Technical Acceptance Testing (TAT), Feature Integration Testing (FIT), Business System Testing (BST), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Experienced in managing defect resolution and supporting root cause analysis for escalated incidents. Strong functional and technical knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes in OMP, including demand planning, supply network planning, and advanced planning capabilities. Deep understanding of SOP layer functionalities such as simulation, scenario planning, solvers, and inventory management (min/max, safety stock), and how these integrate with OPR data flows. Proven track record of driving business value through technology, managing multiple critical priorities, and working effectively within large, culturally diverse, global matrix organisations. Skilled in coaching and developing peers and team members to foster continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelors’s degree in Management or equivalent More than 4 years of experience in IT & technology projects within supply chain. Strong understanding of OMP software and related supply chain planning tools. Experience in business analysis, user story creation, and agile project delivery methodologies. Proficiency in IT support and data analysis, with familiarity in SAP, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and other supply chain software. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business users. Certified in Production and Inventory Management (APICS CPIM) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration across global teams.
