Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Alternate Facility Security Officer (A/FSO) and Alternate Contractor Special Security Officer (A/CSSO) located in the Reston, VA or Durham, NC area to work for a worldwide leader in technology. The Alternate Facility Security Officer (A/FSO) and Alternate Contractor Special Security Officer (A/CSSO) role includes responsibilities as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO), with a focus on personnel security, clearance processing, and program security administration.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AFSO/CSSO INCLUDE:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be eligible to hold a CI/Poly active clearance
• Strong understanding of personnel security processes and systems (DISS)
• Familiarity with DD254 forms and contract security requirements

• Initiate and process security clearances using DISS and other government systems.
• Supporting ICD build enhancements and escort personnel in existing and new spaces.
• Assist with DD254 reviews and contract flow down requirements
