Reporting to the Clinical Director, Emergency, Medical/Surgical, and Allied Health, the On-Site After-Hours Administrator is the most senior management person on site and is responsible for addressing any and all issues that arise in consultation with the Senior Leadership Administrator on-call as required. Responsibilities include the coordination of patient flow for all corporate programs and services; providing support to all staff working on-site; and overall facility management. Hours for this role are 0700-1500 and 2500-2300, with on call 2300-0700 and 37.5 hours in a biweekly pay period.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience, preferably in a hospital supervisory/managerial capacity.

Preferred Assets:

• Master’s degree in Health Sciences.
• Previous experience in an after-hours administration or healthcare management role.
