It is this belief which drives us to find new ways and places where we can make a difference. From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.
About the role
This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role supporting a team of dedicated Support Workers to deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred services. As After-Hours Coordinator, you will oversee operations during critical evening and weekend periods, ensuring client safety, wellbeing, and continuity of care across crisis and supported accommodation services
This program supports individuals experiencing homelessness who are referred through the justice system, including people on bail and parole. Your leadership will be essential in creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment that helps clients stabilise, meet their bail or parole conditions, and work towards long-term housing and wellbeing goals.
You will work closely with the Program Manager and a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, taking a hands-on approach to service coordination, risk management, and team supervision. This is a full-time role based at Alice Springs Open House, Northern Territory.
