Job Description: About the role: We are inviting applications from suitably qualified Registered Nurses wishing to obtain permanent employment within the facility in the role of After Hours Nurse Manager. This position will require successful candidates to ensure provision of high quality patient care through efficient and effective management of staffing resource and bed management. The role requires provision of effective leadership strategies and coordination of patient flow, whilst upholding the mission of St Vincent’s Health Australia, in an after-hours capacity About our hospital: St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs. We are a 197-bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients.
