We are looking for a customer-focused After-Sales Account Manager to support and strengthen long-term customer relationships throughout the vehicle ownership journey. This role combines customer relationship management, vehicle handovers, after-sales coordination, service upselling, and customer retention within a fast-paced automotive environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and highly organized, with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. You should be comfortable managing customer expectations, coordinating across departments, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction in a KPI-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Core Functions Manage customer vehicle handovers and ensure a smooth, professional delivery experience Act as the primary point of contact for customers after vehicle purchase Monitor after-sales accounts, customer cases, and ownership-related follow-ups Support upselling opportunities for automotive services and products Collaboration & Communication Coordinate with internal departments including Service, Finance, and After-Sales teams Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the ownership lifecycle Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently Build strong relationships that contribute to long-term customer retention and loyalty Performance & Customer Satisfaction Maintain high customer satisfaction standards Ensure all customer interactions and operational processes are handled ethically and professionally Work within a KPI and performance-driven environment while maintaining service quality Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and after-sales processes Requirements Previous experience in customer service, account management, automotive operations, or sales Experience within the automotive industry is strongly preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to manage customer expectations in a professional and solution-oriented manner Good organizational skills with operational awareness and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds Fluency in English is required Salary & Benefits Competitive Salary: AED 5,000 during probation AED 6,000 after successful probation Target-based incentive structure with commission potential Expected On-Target Earnings of approximately AED 15,000/month UAE Employment Visa sponsorship Medical insurance 30 days of paid annual leave Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive team culture focused on customer retention and service excellence Work Arrangement Type: Full-time, on-site position Working Schedule: 6 working days per week Note: Remote or hybrid work is not available.
