Join our passionate After Sales team and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence across our Home Comfort business. We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused After Sales Area Expert to strengthen our service partner network in the Antalya region and help us deliver the trusted Bosch quality our customers rely on every day. Job Description • After Sales Service Partner Management • Responding to customer and service partner inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally • Handling complaints from field • Improvement of corporate design of service partners and KPI’S • Collecting regular feedback from field • Regular visiting service partners and dealers (min. 3 days a week) • Finding new service partners accordingly Qualifications • University Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrics, Electronics Engineering, or similar field • Min. 3 years of experience in HVAC sector • Residency in Antalya • Minimum B level driver license and no travel restrictions • Min. Intermediate level of English knowledge • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
The After Sales Area Expert will manage service partner relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and improving service partner performance.
