At Sfakianakis Group, a leader in the automotive industry, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven After Sales Area Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support, guide, and develop our network of authorized service and spare-parts partners, ensuring high-quality after-sales services, customer satisfaction and profitability. After Sales Area Manager Responsibilities: Supports the network of authorized service and spare-parts partners across all after-sales activities. Ιmproves partner performance by providing ongoing technical and commercial support to enhance service quality and efficiency. Monitors customer satisfaction, reviewing feedback and key performance indicators to identify improvement areas. Proposes and implements initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and overall after-sales performance. Develops and executes initiatives that strengthen after-sales services and customer experience. Travels within Greece to support the partners network in the assigned region.
