Description

We are looking for an After Sales Associate for our company operating in the HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning) sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing customer account opening applications and making sure it is complete
  • Processing customer orders, invoicing, filing picking and delivery notes
  • Notifying overdue accounts and ensuring they are trading within their credit limit.
  • Arrange collections and refunds and ensure the correct procedure is followed.
  • Tracking orders, notifying late deliveries as well as collection failures to customers and logistic department
  • Reporting product faults back to QM at HQ + Uk Sales and report customer complaints back to the Uk Sales
  • Updating operations and sales about shortages and tracking suppliers’ ETA for relevant items
  • Keeping back orders intact and making sure they were ordered
  • Answering questions and enquiries from existing, potential and walk-in customers as well as sales and warranty agents
  • Dealing with every aspect of Boiler product enquiries.
  • Answering combi enquiries in regards to faults reported by end-users, installers and engineers ie boiler products
  • Make sure product fault enquiries are fulfilling warranty conditions
  • Generating job sheets for warranty agents to attend on-site to fix the problem
  • Tracking warrant agents and closing jobs to ensure the job is complete and the engineer report is received.
  • Tracking Engineer spare part limits and collection of used parts
  • Sharing Warranty Agents statements every month Performing data entry in regards to sales figures and other key data
  • Generating weekly Sales report and email to Sales Department and Agents Stock control of marketing materials and ordering ie Brochures and Catalogues
  • Providing marketing support in the sense of having complete customer data *
  • Updating customer records with new contact details and notes on support interactions
  • Making follow-up contact to inform customers of new or improved products
  • Reporting unusual activities and insiders from competitors and customers Referring complex cases to Sales Director

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • A university degree and a minimum grade of B/A or higher in A-Level Mathematics are required
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Sales Support or After Care role
  • Previous experience in heating and plumbing industry
  • Ability to multi task, have a proactive and positive can-do attitude
  • The role requires regular driving, so a valid driving license is essential.
  • Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
