Job responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and public address systems. - Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and testing of ELV systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. - Coordinate with clients to address after-sales service requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. - Prepare detailed service reports, including diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations for system improvements. - Collaborate with the project team to implement system upgrades and modifications as required. - Train end-users on the proper operation and maintenance of ELV systems. - Stay updated on the latest ELV technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all service activities. Job requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. - Proven experience (2+ years) in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV systems. - Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and public address systems. - Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to ELV systems. - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for ELV systems. - Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
