Community Visual Content Design Design visual assets for APP community content, including posts, banners, announcements, campaigns, feature guides, and user engagement materials Support day-to-day community operations with fast-turnaround, high-quality design output Ensure all designs align with brand visual guidelines and community tone 2. Pan-European Multilingual Adaptation Adapt core design materials for multiple European languages and markets (e.g. EN, IT, DE, FR, ES, NL, etc.) Ensure layout flexibility, readability, and visual balance across different languages and text lengths Collaborate with local teams to ensure cultural relevance and localization accuracy 3. Design System & Template Development Build and maintain reusable community design templates to improve efficiency and scalability Support the continuous optimization of community visual guidelines and design standards Ensure consistency across different community sections and campaigns 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Community Operations, Content, Marketing, and Product teams to understand design needs and priorities Support new community features or sections with corresponding visual assets Participate in creative discussions and propose visual solutions for community engagement 5. Asset Management & Optimization Organize, archive, and manage community design assets to ensure accessibility and version control Optimize designs based on performance feedback and user engagement insights Requirements 2+ years of experience in graphic design, content design, or digital media design Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar Experience designing for digital platforms (APP, web, community, or social platforms) Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy Experience with multilingual or international design projects is highly preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Nice to Have Experience in brand-owned communities, forums, or social platforms Experience in automotive, technology, consumer electronics, or lifestyle industries Basic knowledge of motion design or short animations (e.g. GIFs, simple videos) is a plus Be part of BYD’s mission to drive a sustainable future—starting with every customer conversation. 📍 Location: Hungary, Budapest 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time Apply today and grow your career with us!
