Role: Aftersales Manager
Location: Newry
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 3.45pm
Pay: £35,000 - £50,000
We have an opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to join a manufacturing business who supply heavily to the construction industry. They’re and award-winning business who have continued to grow over their 30 years in business.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience in a similar management position within the automotive/agri/heavy engineering sector.
· Good level of IT proficiency including using a CRM/MRP/ERP system.

You’ll be responsible for 1 direct report and have responsibility for covering the aftersales side of the business which will include dealing with warranty, parts and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
