JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Preferred majors include medical electronic equipment maintenance, electronics, computer science and other related fields of study.
2. Proficiency in English. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
3. Master knowledge in related fields and possess strong practical skills. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

1. Responsible for customer relationship management through providing effective and timely service of troubleshooting and equipment maintenance of ultrasound and DR products by remote operational demonstrations or utilizing relevant tools and resources.
2. Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to processing sales orders, monitoring delivery schedule, and handling daily documents.
3. Provide after-sales technical advice and guidance.
