We are currently looking for After-Sales & Service Manager of Ease EU, the details Job responsibilities as below: 👤 Who You Are: You are a hands-on and results-oriented professional with a background in Business, Engineering, or a related field. You thrive in building and nurturing strong partner networks and are motivated by driving service excellence and customer satisfaction. A proactive problem-solver, you are skilled at using data to guide decisions and improve processes. Your excellent communication skills and cultural fluency allow you to collaborate effectively and build trust in a diverse, international environment. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 1. Build and Develop the Service Network: Establish and strengthen our network of service partners Provide support for follow-up of warranty, parts, and service operations. Building their capabilities in technical support, spare parts, and warranty processes to ensure exceptional customer service. 2. Drive Service Excellence and Standards: Coach and train our service partners to implement and adhere to our global service standards. Conducting on-site audits to foster a culture of continuous improvement. 3. Lead Warranty and Quality Management: Take ownership of the warranty process, ensuring efficient claims approval and using warranty data to proactively address quality improvements and parts supply 4. Manage Customer Relationships and Resolve Escalations Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex customer complaints. Coordinating resources to find effective solutions and protect our brand reputation. 5. Implement Strategic Service Initiatives Develop and roll out engaging service campaigns and training programs based on market needs. Enhancing customer loyalty throughout the vehicle lifecycle. 💼 What You Bring: Minimum 5 years of working experience in automotive industry or mobility services. Strong analytical and communication skills Customer-oriented mindset & Results oriented. Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills. Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills. Great negotiation skills. Excellent English & one of Europe language skills(German, Czech, Bulgarian and Romance etc.) or Chinese is a plus. Responsibilities
