Job Responsibilities:

• Provide after-sales support and LED module maintenance (preferably experienced with GOB modules)
• Travel to project sites to communicate with clients and resolve product-related issues
• Plan and manage warehouse operations for spare parts and maintenance tools
• Assist technical teams in analyzing and improving product quality based on feedback
• Coordinate with R&D, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely after-sales response

Job Requirements:

• Work experience in the LED display or related electronics industry is required
• Strong hands-on ability and experience in LED module maintenance
• Understanding of electronics, mechanics, and LED control systems (Nova NCE certification preferred)
• Possession of relevant certifications is a plus: driver’s license, electrician license, working-at-height certificate
• Experience in warehouse or inventory management
• Willingness and ability to travel for on-site support
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders)
