Company Description Air Charter Service are searching for a passionate Client Retention Consultant to join our Client Experience department in our London HQ. Working alongside the team, you will be responsible for liaising with clients via phone call and email to gather vital feedback on the service and experience that was provided by our Charter Consultants. Job Description Working across all three charter departments, you will be responsible for passing client feedback to the consultants and working with them to ensure that the Clients return to book with ACS again!
