Position: After Sales Supervisor. Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced After Sales Supervisor to join our team in 6th of October City. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the after-sales service department and ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the after-sales service department, including technicians and service advisors - Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner - Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction levels through regular follow-up and feedback - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to after-sales service for new customers - Develop and implement strategies to increase after-sales service revenue and profitability - Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for the after-sales team - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction - Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continuously improve after-sales service processes and procedures - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Prepare and analyze reports to track after-sales service performance and make recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Strong customer service orientation - Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
