FS.COM is expanding and offers interesting opportunities for professional development in an innovative, professional and motivated environment. We are therefore looking for support in the area of Aftersale Quality Control Associate for our location in Karlsfeld (Dachau) as soon as possible.

• Conducting product inspections & test per FS.COM standard and sampling requirement
• Document, compile, and report product inspection result.
• Collaborate with QA department in Headquarters to seek out root cause of a QC inspection failure and offer improvement suggestion
• Understanding quality problems where customers are not highly satisfied through RMA test procedure
• Supporting our team for Technical support & After sale support
• Communication through internal interfaces with purchasing department and product department
