In this critical role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our high-end clientele, providing expert troubleshooting and support for a wide range of RV systems, all without being on-site.

Responsibilities
  • Remote Troubleshooting Expert: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues over the phone for various RV systems, including:
  • Lithium batteries and control systems
  • Plumbing and pump systems
  • 12-volt and 120-volt electrical systems (inverters, breaker panels)
  • Air conditioning units
  • Mercedes-Benz chassis service recommendations
  • Client Liaison: Act as a central point of contact, coordinating with local service centers to ensure prompt and effective resolution of client service needs.
  • Empathetic Communicator: Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational skills to provide timely follow-up with empathy and care.
  • RV System Trainer: Provide upbeat and comprehensive training to new clients on the operation of all RV subsystems, ensuring they feel confident and prepared for their adventures.
  • 24/7 Support: Be available to answer client questions and provide support at any time of day or night.
  • Client Relationship Builder: Maintain a cordial and upbeat demeanor, fostering positive relationships with our discerning clientele.
