Job Title: After Sales Transformation Specialist, North America Reports To: Sr. Global Transformation and Strategy Manager Location: Bethlehem, PA Job Summary The After Sales Transformation Specialist supports strategy initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, and modernization across our after sales business. This role combines project management, data analysis, business process improvement, and change management to improve the customer experience and grow the aftermarket business. Working as part of the Transformation Team, this individual will partner with Service, Parts, Engineering, and IT to identify improvement opportunities, implement digital solutions, optimize service processes, and develop data-driven insights that support business decisions. This position is ideal for an early-career professional who is passionate about solving business problems, improving customer experience, and driving organizational change. Key Responsibilities * Lead and support transformation initiatives across the After Sales organization * Support projects that drive service revenue growth and improve the customer experience * Analyze service, warranty, parts, and customer support processes to identify improvement opportunities * Assist in the development and deployment of digital service offerings and customer-facing technologies * Develop and maintain After Sales KPIs, dashboards, and reports using Power BI and other reporting tools * Partner with Service, Parts, Engineering, and IT to execute strategic initiatives * Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends and support decision-making * Document business processes and develop standardized workflows to improve efficiency and consistency * Prepare executive presentations, project updates, and recommendations for leadership * Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies Qualifications Required * Bachelors degree in * 0-3 years of professional experience in operations, project management, manufacturing, service operations, or continuous improvement * Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, consulting, business operations, or industrial equipment is highly desirable * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities * Excellent communication and project management skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel * Self-motivated with a passion for improving business processes * Ability to travel up to 50% within North America Preferred * Experience with Power BI or other data visualization and business intelligence tools * Exposure to ERP or field service management systems * Experience participating in business process improvement or digital transformation projects Why This Role Reporting to the Sr. Global Transformation & Strategy Manager, this role is part of a high-visibility Transformation Team that partners closely with the COO and business leaders across the organization.
