Work with kids to help them learn, play, and grow What You’ll Do As an After School Group Leader Aide, you’ll support Group Leaders by: Helping set up and assist with activities, games, and projects Encouraging and guiding keiki during program time Supporting a positive, inclusive environment Assisting with transitions, cleanup, and logistics Being a reliable teammate who helps us deliver a great experience every day This position does not supervise children alone — you’ll always be working alongside a Group Leader.
