V.I.M Club is seeking a playworker to join our friendly after school club team at a lovely primary school on Shoreham Beach.
We are passionate about providing child led sessions with a choice of activities that are fun and engaging for the children to look forward to rather than an extension of their school day.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally, the candidate will have education/childcare/playworker training but this is not essential, we would like to find the right candidate and full training will be provided
• Ability to thrive in play environments and connect with children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Supervise and play with children during sessions.
• Prepare healthy snacks for the children.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under our care.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive environment and build relationships with our children and families.
