REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold a D1 category on your driving licence and be confident driving a minibus.
• Must have a clean driving licence.
• Previous experience working with children aged 4–11 in a childcare, education, or playwork setting.
• Passionate about creating a fun and nurturing environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the fixed hours of 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM.
• A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Afterschool Practitioner to join our team, supporting children aged 4–11 in a fun, safe, and engaging afterschool environment. This role includes collecting children from local schools and transporting them to our setting, followed by delivering a variety of activities that make their afternoons enjoyable and enriching.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely collect children from school using a company-provided minibus.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities suitable for children aged 4–11.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures.
