AFTER SCHOOL CLUB MANAGER – UXBRIDGE

Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 27.5 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday, term-time 7.15am- 9.00am and 2.15pm - 6.00pm,with the option of overtime in school holidays.

Aktiva Camps Ltd is a leading provider of Breakfast and After-School Clubs, operating in schools across the Greater London and Buckinghamshire area. We are dedicated to delivering engaging and exciting multi-sport and activity-based services that ensure children are safe, active, and happy.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive After School Club Manager to join our team at a school in one of our Uxbridge settings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the coordination and implementation of the after-school club service
• Ensure all play and activities are fun, engaging, and age-appropriate
• Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being at all times
• Lead and participate in group games, arts & crafts, and sports activities
• Prepare and serve snacks for the children
• Build positive relationships with parents and provide feedback during pickup times
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, and structured environment for children
