ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Wraparound Care Manager to lead our after-school programme at Willington Prep School in Wimbledon. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our after-school care provision, fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere for children.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the wraparound care programme.
  • Lead and manage a team of playworkers and assistants.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities and games.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and health & safety policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
