Description After School Program Coordinator (Part-Time) We are seeking a dedicated and organized After School Program Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to positively impact students' lives by managing engaging after-school activities and ensuring a safe, supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth development and possess strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and oversee after-school activities and programs for students - Supervise and support program staff and volunteers - Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during program hours - Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and community partners - Maintain accurate records of attendance, activities, and incident reports - Monitor program budget and assist with resource procurement - Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for students Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience working with children or in youth programs - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Flexibility to work afternoons and early evenings Join our vibrant community where growth, collaboration, and making a difference are at the core of our mission.
