On The Off Beat Music School is seeking dynamic, creative music educators to lead our After-School Program starting September 2025.
We’re not just another music school. We’re run by professional musicians who have taught at many of Toronto’s top schools — so we understand exactly what it’s like to be in your position. Our mission is to create an environment where teachers feel respected, supported, and inspired to deliver their very best.

You’ll teach engaging, interactive group classes for students aged 6–11. These classes are designed to build confidence, encourage creativity, and make music fun. Some examples of past sessions include:

• Glee Club
• Ukulele Jam
• Musical Theatre
• Singing & Songwriting
• Taylor Swift Song Study

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Leading small groups in a positive, well-structured setting
• Safely walking students from nearby schools to our east-end location (Gerrard & Jones)
• Teaching weekday shifts from approximately 3:10–6:00 PM
• Earning $105 per class
